6 months will be fine as long as they keep frozen, if they are from a reputable source they will be treated with raditation and should last years in the freezer.

When any type of food is frozen it suffers from protein denaturation.
After 15 weeks of being frozen this reaches a baseline where no further denaturation occurs. Ideally you should be feeding your snakes on food that has been frozen for as little time as possible to ensure only the best quality you can manage is given to the animals in your care. This isn't to say that after 15 weeks it is no good though. Just bare in mind that something frozen for 6 months will have the same amount of protein denaturation as something that has been frozen for 15 weeks.
