Thats a great pic, we've got 3 burms, one normal het granite who is only an 07 so lots more growing before we get to watching out for any pets going missing, the other another 07, albino male het green, and another male albino reaching 3 years of age and 12ft already. We've actually only just taken him on as a rescue so we are yet to find our more about him, though frightened he seems healthy and we are just going to have to give him sometime to adjust. Thankfully no small dogs here to go missing lol

Definitely a dog. The front feet have paws.
Though it's not THAT big a Burm. And a cat or dog might not run from a snake soon enough because cats and dogs are curious and will get close enough to investigate something like that (especially if they've never experienced one before and don't know they should be afraid of it) - and if the snake is hungry, that gives the snake a chance to strike. You can bet, though, that if a cat or dog had been the subject of a MISSED strike, they wouldn't be in a hurry to approach the business end of a snake!
