Smile What size vivarium?

As many of you know (because I talk about him everyday) I have a 6 month old Common Boa called Vinnie. At the moment he's in a faunarium but he's rapidly outgrowing it and I am going to be moving him into a viv, I have a 2'x2'x2' but I was wondering whether to move him straight into a 3'x2'x2' or even a 4'x2'x2'? I have a 4'x2'x2' on order anyway that I was going to save for him until he was bigger.

Would it be ok to put him straight into the 4'x2'x2' or would you move him to the 2'x2'x2' or even buy a 3'x2'x2'?

Just read it back and confused myself

It will be beter to put him in the 4x2x2 viv has he will grow quit fast and you dont want to change his house every year has this put stress on him so put him in the biggest you can get

I'd put him straight into the 4ft, boas love the space and shouldn't get stressed out with having too much.
I've got my yearling in a 4 ft which she's been in for a few months and she loves it, and makes the most of the space. You'll be surprisied at how quick he will grow now, give it another 6-8 months and the 4 ft will start to look alot smaller

Well I was gonna save it until he was a little bigger, would it not stress him out being in a large viv? I could put lots of hides in I suppose.

I haven't voted, and I don't really know much about boas, but if you're worried the 4 foot is a bit big, there's no harm using the 2 foot in the mean time as you already have it so it won't come at an extra cost.
