sorry to be blunt, but surely there must be something seriously wrong with something for 3 snakes to go missing in 1 week

my idea for a trap

find you a big piece of corrogated tin or something similar and lay it in the middle of the floor at night with some damp newspaper under it. rub a mouse on the floor all around it and put the mouse under the tin or plastic. a heat mat in between the newspaper and tin will be better.

at night when the snake is prowling around the room, it will smell the mouse scent and follow it under the tin. it may eat the mouse but if not, it will at least find a warm, moist spot that is dark and secure. each day in the morning look under the tin and you may very well find the snake. the smell of water and/or food may attract it and the tin would be a nice hiding spot so the snake may stay.

just an idea...... what do you think?
