Default Snake in a wall

A couple of nights ago 1 of my anery corns escaped and I had looked everywhere I could possibly without moving furniture around and couldn't find it I then realised that there was a small hole in the bottom corner of a false wall.
As I live in a private rented accommodation I can't exactly rip down the wall to find it please can anyone if there is any other way to get it out? especially as it is cold at the moment and I don't want to losing it to the cold weather.

Make a trap and put it next to the hole

All I can suggest is trying to coax it out with nice warm mice....but then again, if it is nowhere near the whole, it wont work.............

if you dont know for certain it is in the wall, dont lose hope, a corn could be anywhere. if it is in the wall unfortunately i have only one suggestion. I would make a device, like a piece of perspex on a hinge that will only allow the snake to push out from the hole and not return. If you knew it was definately in there you could carefully cut away a piece (you say ''fake'' wall so i assume its plaster board or simmillar) that you could refit, fill around and repaint. thats what i would do anyway.....!

I'm kinda in the same boat as you mate, one of my corns got out, and I'm 99% sure is in the cealing insulation, so the only way to get her out is to pull the cealing out, or keep leaving traps and hope she comes back out soon .
She's been gone 3 weeks, I'm worried sick, and starting to loose hope

Well, that's what I'm hoping for. I've left out a small heatmat, some food goes down once a week, and there's a couple of water bowls knocking round the house for her.

One of my mates lost a Corn a few years back, It was gone for so long, she decided to put the Viv away and keep it for getting a new one after her GCSEs. Two years later one of the neighbors returned it alive and kicking, It must have found a nice plays to survive and being backed on to a brook probably had lots of food.
Hope you find them. Im sure there fine.

Just an update 8 months later.

After moving out of my previous address just over 2 months ago I had a phone call from my previous landlord saying that the new tenents woke up this morning to find a snake in the house 8 months after it had gone missing but as I no longer live in that area the tenents had to call the RSPCA to remove the snake.

Unfortunatly before moving out I had given up on it as there was a hole in the wall and I thought it had got in there and then died as it couldn't get back out. But I was told this morning that the hole had been sealed up when they redecorated so the snake would of been somewhere else even tho I had looked everywhere whilst moving.

If I had still been in the area I would of been more then happy to of had it back but life had to move on and I hope the RSPCA will not put it down and will find a good home for it.
