In the product description. I'm guessing they mean fully loaded as in it comes with the viv decor etc and not the actual snake too.

why is she showing pics of the snake and saying it is very timid etc if it is only the viv thats for sale?

the wink wink bit suggests you would get the snake but nowhere does it state that. In fact it states the opposite.

It would be amusing to find someone buying the viv thinking they were getting the snake and then not. Also not wrong or against the rules of ebay.

If its an issue for you, report it and leave it to ebay.

He has clearly stated that he is not selling the snake with the viv. I certainly wouldnt buy it and expect the snake to come with it. To do so would be foolish and asking to be conned.

well you can get round all that by saying the snake is free with the viv because you are not acctually selling the snake they cannot do anything
