Blimey no, that looks far to difficult, mine are videoed against a gree/blue screen then the background is taken out, i do this so the finished image can be placed over any background ie a banner i use serious magic ultra 2 for this, but its been taken over by adobe now. Then the avi file is exported into Uleads gif animator and rendered into a gif. Ive tried using photos but the end result isnt very smooth.
