Is the substrate a bit damp? They love it dry. If it is, don't worry. She'll come down in a couple of days when it's dry. If it is dry, she is probably just getting used to it and will settle in a couple of days. I wouldn't feed her for a few days either, to let her settle in

She has been down a couple of times but puts her feet in the water bowl then climbs back up the side.
The substrate was dry cos i got given it off a friend who had brought it the other week for his new spids.

Really, she's fine. I'm sure you'd be as worried if she was just sat on substrate, not doing anything

Just think, is all new to her. She may be like this for a few days, but honestly, she is fine

Enjoy her
