Default some new shots.







here is wingless frute fly at 5:1 100% crop..this is the smallest thing iv ever shot..these things are tiny..shooint it at fstop 8 has made a pic a littel soft..il try again today at fstop 5.6.its about 0.5mm in size..tiny thing

Great pics as usual

Just a quick Q: How come the one with it's wings out didn't just fly off? Do they not fly?

the flower mantis..they do it often..its like there cooling off there body..it sat on my finger with about 20 seconds flying its wings really fast like in flight..it was pretty cool..they can fly.but there's no need..he has every thing where he is and hes not ben threatened.

wow those are spectacular pictures as usual. Really really impressive..daren't think how much that camera cost tho

u know the brown one in pics making the ooth..its got amazing wings..purple pattens..i cant get them open..i was really pissing her off and it didnt work..i give up.lol
