Yes, see, thats what I thought.

However, out of the 4 I originally photoed above... I have 1 left.

They are in a tub, with a mesh lid, sprayed daily, so there is some moisture on the leaves.

They have normal brambles, soft brambles, hawthorn, ecualyptus... and they have been eating it (or did). But, still, 3 out of 4 have died. What am I doing wrong? I think they are 2/3 instar, about 3-4cm long, ish.

I think they are (or were) females, so probably the parthanogensis babies.

Can anyone help?

between the 9th & now 3 have died ?
maybe you have fed infected plants ?
where do you get your plants from ?
i never collect from anywhere near -
roads
crop fields
well kept gardens .
all these will have toxins , insecticides etc on

I knew about the roads... but I hadn't thought about the 'well kept gardens' thing... yes, they are from either well kept parks, (small london parks are all well kept), or from a canal side (which I think should be fine, its not sprayed).

But not near roads or fields.

Do you think that might be it then? If so... I am an idiot

As I said, they are eating the plants. Am I spraying often enough/too often?
