when i use the flash like all the pro macro photographers i use
shutter speed 200
ISO 100-200
fstop 8-16
Full ETTL mode on the flash

when i shoot with out a flash i have different settings..i use M 95% of the time..the other 5% i use av or tv when its sunny and i want to use the (Fill flash)
