Default Emperor Scorpion: preggers?

I posted some pics up a month ago, and just thought I would put some more up from today.

Also, looking at Young Guns sexing sticky... I'm not convinced 'shes' not a he... I'll have to get some pics of the pectines.

So, this is from a month ago:

and these ones are from today:

Basically:

1. Is she preggers?
2. She's still not eaten yet (in the month I had her). Tried crickets, with tongs, and leaving them overnight.

She weighs 32g now (I didn't weigh her when I got her)

Ta muchos...

If you shine a light on her, you can normally see the babies inside her through the stretched skin. We had one we thought was gravid but nothing came of it..

Ah yes Good idea, thanks. I'll try that tonight when its all dark... see what I find.

I would love it for her to be pregnant, as this is my first scorp, and it would be really interesting, but if she isn't, I would prefer it if she just hurried up and started eating!

Although, she doesn't seem to have got thinner... dunno. I'm new to all this scorpion stuff

If she is still in the early stages then she could not be showing much, how long have you had her mate?

Emps can gestate for over 12 months

Get some pics of the pectines and we can sex for sure

Where did it come from prior to you havin it?

So I heard and I also heard that if they are fat, its more likely to be nearish (few months) to term.

From Japanese Koi Company, down the A1. Good place. I am not sure if it is WC or CB. I'm not sure which are common with scorps either?

I also am now not sure if it was feeding before I bought it I should have asked, I'm such a noob. I assumed it was, and asked the man to send me away with appropriately sized crickets... so surely he would have said something if it wasn't feeding before I got it?
