Default curly winged fly media

i am starting culture curly winged fly (Musca domestica)for feeding to my new mantis and tarantulas

i am trying to find the nutritional requirements for there larva so i can create a vegetable based culture media

there are one or two on the market but they are a bit expensive

at least i know it can be done...... but would stand a better chance of succeeding knowing the larva's requirements

if any one has any info its would be greatly appreciated

(i have contacted a few university's up here and they seem to be stumped

thanks
Alan

Banana and bran/oatmeal has worked 'ok' for me in the past, but you can't beat the real deal
