Exclamation Chinese Mantids Available

I know that everyone seems to have them at the moment but if anybody is interested I have some Chinese Mantids available. I will probably hold on to them for atleast another week or so - to ensure their health (if anyone knows how long I should keep them before they can be given away/sold then please tell me?) - but they were hatched on Easter Sunday and are now feeding on micro crix and flies.

Cheers

I have read that they shouldnt be sold until after L2 minimum, L3 is better because of the high death rate of them below these stages.

Ooths for this species at the moment are so cheap. I don't keep any at the moment but I might pick up 1 or 2 and maybe use as feeder insects for my cresties as a change from crickets.

L1 - Before first shed.
L2 - After first shed.
L3 - After second shed.

Etc, etc.

So yours will likely be L1.

They sell for about 10-20p each.

I'll get off my soap box now
