Smile Feeding time??

HI guys,

I have a sub adult avic avic and she is settling in nice , spinning her webs and although i am strugggling to keep humidity up ( i am keeping it around 60-75%) depending of day. I have plans afoot to stablise this. I am worried about her eating i have put a couple of black crickets in and these have been in for a day or two and still living- which is worrying me.

Will she eat when she is ready or is it something i am doing??

any suggestions

take the crickets out because if she goes into moult all of a sudden with the crix in there they will eat her. try her in about another5-6 days and see how it goes. crix should be taken out within 24 hourrs if they arent eaten.

easiest way to keep humidity up is to have a few less air holes but enoguh so the air doesnt got stagnent. i always over fill the waterbowl and instead of misting everyday just pour some water into the substrate and it will soak it up and give lasting humidity. you will still need to spray a little though
