Dont feed them until at least week after moulting. Should start webbing fairly soon.

Is there any ususual behaviour we should keep an eye out for?

Also how long till we get worried coz its not eaten? It has shed fairly recently and hasnt eaten yet, the food we have seems a bit big though, its about 2/3rds the size of her!

Just troubleshooting, care sheets just dont list this kind of stuff"!

Shes really active tho and so sweet!

Spiders can take down pray the size of them ive found. I wouldn't put food in till at least a week after till its fangs harden. May not eat straight away either, its not unusual for tarantulas to stop eating too, mine didnt eat for two months.

This is what i figured, he shed whilst in the pet store but was recent and has shown no interest in food as of yet so we'll see. I told the other half not to worry i'm sure she will last a week or two without food.

Thanks.

A week or two? I heard of chilies not eating for a year with only a minor loss of weight. I know its not a chilie but it still shows how bad they can be. Seriously it will be fine.

Not to worry, he'll eat when he's hungry
Brachy's don't really web much. You're more like to see web when he's eating or moulting

My curlyhair hasnt eaten since about December, I believe she might be due a moult, but she's so hard to predict at times. She looks fine, and has started webbing again, so I'm hopeful she will either moult or start eating soon.
