HAHAHAHA You poor person 2000 odd babies coming your way! Will take a few months. Feed her up and take notice of the size of her abdomen. Keep her exactly the same as she is normally and she'll drop when she's ready
How many insertions did the male get?

I tried Cam but turns out there are regional variations and the male i had didn't match my female and they took absolutely no notice of each other after the first 2 times she tried to eat him.
