this is a species of spider I wouldnt mind, and I absolutly hate spiders... but they are so unique and have such an awsome method of hunting its just fasinating. What would be really good is if you could somehow get a "cut through" tunnel, like if the tunnel was up against the side of the glass so you could see inside it and see her inside it, puncing etc.

Any pics of the burrow/ door/ spider?

Is a 'trapdoor' just like a hole the spider makes to hide and pounce on food?

ye its a flap of silk/web and substrate mixed that is hinged at the back so when the spider pops out it doesnt go flying lol they also make lines running from inside the hole out into the tub so when the prey walks on these trip wires BAM !!!! lol
