Not too sure, but I think they only make matts when moulting? Then just random bits of web here & there..Not really big webbers from what I've read/experienced.

& mine just sorta lets the cricket come to it & pounce

Not much web im afraid apart from moult time and laying sacks. No T really hunts, most are ambush hunters, i.e. Waiting for the pray to go near the burrow or just near them in general and pounce.

My chile is very lazy. She just sits there and waits for her food to come to her. She webs a feeding mat when she eats though but no other webbing. She will web when she moults but she hasnt moulted since I've had her.

Rosea don't web much. They're ambush predators. She'll sit still and wait for the cricket to run past her, then pounce on it.

My chile rose doesnt do much webbing, or hunting if fact, she barely does anything at all
Sometimes see her out, just sitting there, or occasionally having a drink.

I had a wee nosey in her tub last night and she's made a layer of web all over the top of the substrate it's so fine you can't really see it. I've tried chucking in a locust and if it goes near her or touches her she just kinda goes backwards and moves away from it like "eew don't touch me". I don't see her do very much but i know she moves about alot coz most days when i get up she's sitting out by her water bowl then i go out and when i come back she's at the other end then wee while later she's hiding she does it almost everyday. So i know she has wee daunders i just don't see her actually doing it!
