I have found these Cookie jars to be quite good and look rather nice, i keep a couple of my small pokies in them (one in each). 98p each from Asda dont look to bad and dont take up to much room.

I have an endless supply of dorito dip jars, and coffee jars.
My neighbours have even asked if i need any jars/pots off them
So atm ive got 8 spiders and too many pots to count, means i need to buy more Ts to fill them

Yes i've always done this anyway, besides getting the set up right before hand just makes me more excited to get the animal!!

Lots of good ideas...who would have thought a cookir jar? HAHA

Think im going to order a few slings on payday and ive got plenty of crix tubs laying about so they will more than suffice for a good while yet...gives me plenty of time then to keep my eye out for some other suitable tubs for when they outgrow their mini tubs.

I recently moved mine into plastic tubs as the weight of glass tanks when moving was immense.

I use a roughly 14" x14" x 9" container from B&Q that cost a grand total of £3.95. Then I melted air holes into it with a hot skewer.

I house my vinegaroons (still tiny at 3cm) now in two of those larger lock and lock tubs (approx 12" x8" x8") with holes in them aswell. I like to give my inverts a little more space than usual, it seems to work fine, and they are light and cheap.

I use various tupperware tubs of all sizes, these pots from the spidershop for tiny aboreal slings, little round pots from kitchen mate, film pots, sweetjars, glass tanks, faunariums, cricket tubs anything really

Tesco do some nice tubs with lockable lids and almost transparent sides. I'm not sure I'd trust 'normal' lids

I'm using transparent plastic boxes that are about the size of a children's lunchbox. All seem to do well in them and they're easy to clean. Used to use cricket tubs too but after having a couple of spiders chew their way through them I stopped using them.
