I'm returning to the hobby after a long absence and wonder what is available to make a good visual display for a T. I have looked at the very sexy Exo Terra stuff and I'm tempted to go with one of those. Any details and piccies of nice set-ups would be appreciated,,,

I'm thinking of coming back with a Giant White Knee, any thoughts. I havent seen any threads on them here.

I would go with a Chromatopelma Cyaneopubescens, Acanthoscurria Geniculata, Brachypelma Emilia or a Lasiodora Parahybana. The Chromatopelma Cyaneopubescens make some stunning webs so would look amazing in a large setup.

I'd recomend them all, but if I had to stick my neck out and pick one, I'd go with the C. Cyaneopubescens. as said above, they make stunning webs and they're gorgeous to look at!

Those webs are amazing, as is the colouration of the sider, but hardly a good display animal buried somewhere in the back of the web.

my H.maculata is a hell of an impressive webber, although I never see her.

id say L.parahybana is a good display spider mine is anyway, they get massive and dont hide away, well mine doesnt, heat source I just have the reptile room heated, and light source is not needed I just use the light in the room
