Default Have anyone else done this.....?

So I picked a tub of medium sized crickets on the way home from work today to feed my T's. I open the tub of crickets and some how drop the whole tub on the floor!

Imagine my horror as a watch about 50 crickets run for their lives in all directions, bearing in mind my T's are kept in my bedroom, which meant I had a little bit of company for the night!!

But an easy solution followed......

I suddenly noticed my 2 beardies goin mad at seeing all these crickets, so I opened the doors and let them do what they do best, christmas had come early they must of thought!!

Once they had had their fill they hopped back into the viv for a spot of basking, bloated from dinner they veged out under the lamp, so with them locked back in their viv I let the cats in to finish the job!!

luckily, if thats possible in this situation, they are not the noisey ones. But I doubt there are many left now, the beardies had a good feed (luckily they hadn't been fed yet!) and the cats are still up there chasing and eating the leftovers!!

I once dropped a whole tub (not a crix tub; a fererrium!) of them in my spider room. There must have been about 1000 large brown crix running about.

I did it just the once. Luckily I had an aqua vac in the room and it had just been emptied. Got the little devils in no time. I don't think I lost any but they did walk funny when I chucked 'em in the tank.
