This is what happens when people underestimate the speed of spiders. I never rehouse mine in the open... Hope you find it, for the spiders sake.

Me too poor spider
wish our shops here would take things like that have some stick insects.
It''s 30e for mantids in our shops who'd pay that!!!

It never left my sight, i knew it was fast but doesn't mean its easy to keep up with. It was recaptured about 2 mins after its escape.
