yeh, pedes are phonominally quick off the mark. Blindingly quick, no joke... thats why they scare the crap outta me! lol
buti dont think theyd be the quickest.. Im thinking for fastest IMPACT its probably the mantis shrimp, the 'punch' is near imperceptable. Its so powerful the punch makes a audible pop. The peak acceleration is more than 10,400x the acceleration of gravity like 9.6m/s/s. If Joe calzaghe was able to jab with such speed and power, his punch would be going at escape velocity after just like 0.001 seconds, lol would blatantly kill him quite horribly, but hey.
