Cool scorpion

Hi all, what is the best type of desert scorpion and why?
(also if you can add a pic)

For what type of keeper?

Personally i say babycurus Jacksoni, but theyre DWA so not for begginers.

lol, yeh might be a bit hot fr a beginner but i agree! little stunners


If you can get one, i personally love Opistopthalmus carinatus but theyr quite uncommon. I havent had a Desert hairy (Hadrurus arizonensis, H spadix) personally but they seem the best choice to be honest.

Yeah even though jacksonis arnt really desert scorps lol

But yeah, desert hairys are really the best choice - very active, really quite agressive but not really dangerous to humans at least. Good choice for a begginer. As good as any

I love the H. arizonensis, but for me it has to be the deathstalker (Leiurus quinquestriatus).

Here is one of mine
