Default help & advice on my fire leg

i noticed what looked like a fluffy patch on the back of my fire leg earlier, it has since been to his water bowl and deposited a lot of the fluff in it, it now has a bald patch, i have looked at the hairs in the dish, they look like white fluff, if you breath anywhere near them they move, sorry i seem stupid, but i havent seen this before and im abit concerned, cheers dean

its no worries, its the urticating hair, dont touch em otherwise your likely to get a reaction.. itching or something.
Nowt to worry, the T probably loosened them herself, then waters taken them off it.

Wouldn't worry too much about it a lot of Brahcys tend to have bald patches for much of the time. I think it is the case that the hairs are easily catchable and lose them just from moving around. As said before don't touch them they itch like hell and really get under the skin. Can you see any spurs on the front legs? Just so you can indicate if it is mature or not.

Its normally preparation for a shed. They normally drop them as defense preparations.

You should find a lady friend easily. Or you could loan him out on a 50/50 deal.
