It's a good job we don't have them in the wild in the UK. I feel guilty enough treading on our small ones by accident, imagine the mess and the noise a squashed giant one would make!

Im not a fan of snails, before i got my GALS snails were just moving golf balls that ate my herbs and were to be sent hurtling at the nearest wall at the soonest possibility..... its unfortunate that i still think that and only growing them on to show my contempt for snail kind by feeding their baby's to my lizards but the parents have really grown on me, they can be sweet.
