Ive got 9 I mainly keep them to breed for food (for animals, not me )
I like them cos they grow big and not very difficult to look after.

I have 3, thanks to Sammy

I got them for my son, but now they are growing bigger, FAST, I am wondering what to do if I get a gazillion babies from them

Maybe I will just have to get a pet that eats them, shame

You can keep them as pets, but because they have so many babies its difficult to find homes for them all, its easier to feed them to your lizards
No probs Leanne

my 4 are just pets ,
im not really sure what the appeal is ,
they are very messy to keep , they even crap on the roof of their tub
i just like em though
if you dont want to be overrun then just freeze the eggs
