I wouldnt put cotton wool in there, everytime ive tried using it, it gets mouldy.
I dont see them drink, but i spray the walls/lid and none of my slings look dehydrated

Slings will get all the liquid they need from their food. Definatly dont use cotten wool, its a breeding groung for bacteria.

I spray my slings about twice a week, and I'v never seen them drink either!

I used to put a smartie tube lid in with my slings for water but since been advised its not really needed when they're that young.

Its a shame you dont see them eat, its the best part for me!! Although you do have to be patient, the spider will eat when IT is ready!!

Youd know if they were dying because youd see mould growing
Ive seen all my spiders eat king baboon eats loads, runs round after the cricks
I spray mine when its getting too dry, i supose it depends on wether your Ts are desert types or live in rainforests.
