what scorp is this any ideas??

Agreed it looks like a Babycurus sp. but at the same time its nothing like one, especially the darkened segment near the telson and the darkened rear parts of the chilerae.

i cant really think of any other families that look so similair.lol
I dont think its Babycrus ajcksoni for the reasons you stated vaughan
I know babycrus kirki has such dark bandings though.
im also guessing the specimen in the pic has recentkly shed.
still only guesses really.

I also thought Tityus sp. but the patterns arent consistant with Vaejovis patters, theyr generally speckled

might be worth sending P messenger a request

got to say im not really convinced Babycrus, just dont know any alternative, but similiar family

i would say its a Hottentotta Sp. to many to tell you which, but the colour does look like a Centruroides vittatus so who knows? the telson looks more Hottentotta though

any ideas where its from to narrow things down abit?
