Default Is it finally time?

Ive had my H. lividum for about a year now roughly and during this time there has been a few occasions where I thought she was going to shed but hasnt *impatient*

but tonight ive come home and the top of her burrow has been completed sealed off, almost like she'd put a lid of web on it which I havnt seen her do before

I also checked the side of the tank where she has burrowed and her tunnels seemed to be layered with web too (although this I have seen before)

Was just wondering if this could possibly be it now? or is she just feeling extra anti social

The reason for being impatient is shes never really been that stunning blue you get in H. lividums and i cant wait to see it in real life

Sounds good! She'll be sealing herself in so predators wouldn't get in and get her while she's most vulnerable, also crickets won't get in and chomp on her. Good luck

i used to have a lividium that did something similar to that, physco aggresive but about the blue thing, tbh i think when people take those pictures they use a flash and/or extra lighting to really bring out that blue (its an iredicent colour so its only really visible at an angle.)

unless there freshly molted that is, but another factor can be maturity aswell. what size is your lividium?
