Default Holiday Spiders

Found this guy siting happily on his masive web outside my window. Its huge, glad we dont get them this big in the UK

What spider is it?

Looks like some sort of Orb Weaver. Sorry, couldn't tell you anymore than that.

lol damn forgot that! this is my second time wrting that post as it crashed on me

I was in florida, not far from Idrive ect ect

Oh and the netting/frame over the pool makes a great home for spiders, it was covered in em!

What colouration did it display?

That might allow someone to identify it.

Ok lol, just looked at location and a proper look at spider

Florida

Definately Argiopes sp.
not sure exactly which, too thin for A. aurantia imo

sod finding that outside your window!!

I keep spiders and have handled a few but there is the comforting knowledge that they are locked inside a glass/plastic tank!!!
