Hi all how often do you feed your scorpions ??? I'am feeding mine 3 times a week. Is this right ??????

My adult female I feed about every 4-5 days or so... on one or two dead morio worms.

Ive got a colony of 4-5 Babycurus Jacksonis and i just chuck about 50 baby crickets in there, when they are all gone i chuck another load in there, which is usually after about a week so theyre getting through a fair few.

i say 4-5 scorps because i originally put 5 in there but have only seen 4 at a time as they are so small and huddled amongst rocks etc all the time.

I find the way i feed them more realistic to nature (although maybe they dont quite get THAT much food, the reason i put so much in though is to minimise cannibalism between the colony.

For one scorpion, a few crickets once a week is more than enough, and probably more like what they get in the wild.

Does it matter if they are dead or alive .. the ffod you give your scorpions

I feed my scorps twice a week, some scorps wont eat pre killed food I have found.

And vica versa. My emperor will only eat prekilled morios (well, in the few months I have had her), not crickets, or live anything... silly sod.

Mine will generally only eat live...saying that ive never actually witnessed them taking food yet... little ****ers

Feed my Imperators once a week, same as some of you chuck in 4-5 crickets each.Seems to suit them.
