Unlikely. Given the current weather im betting that all non native species could survive in it until winter came. Unless she gets a pic i would advise to leave it well alone as some native species do bite and its possible to get an allergic reaction to the bite.

Segestria *

They are opportunistic burrowers spiders, that is they will occupy already existing holes, make some modifications, but will not create and dig out their own.
Easiest way to tell with these is to shine a torch down the tube.. If you see green reflection is S florentina (F), but we do have our own longstanding native Segestria in this country so could be one of them.
Given the climate difference, im not sure S florentina would be able to acclimatise to the weather quite so north, theyr pretty much only down the south, up to around Bristol, a bit beyond at the moment.

There web is plush against the wall, with 6/ 8 visible threads laeding to the tube in the form of a star.
IF it is Segestria florentina though, be warned theyr very aggressive, and will happily bite you..having not been bit i dont know the potency.
Very beautiful spiders!
