Well its recommended that a per scorpion, a tank of around 20 gallons is needed, which isnt very large. so for three you would need around 50/60 gallon tank.
its better to be slightly smaller than larger to enusre that they hunt correctly at night.
ensure that they are introduced pretty early with each other and introduce progressively.
fights for food can become a major issue, even if there is enough food for all three, if 2 scorpions want the same cricket there will be hell to pay!!! often fighting to the death to achieve it,
also if female becomes pregnant, ensure the male is removed as cannibalistic instinct will happen - of which im sure you know.
Also be aware that very small scorpions (few weeks old, can be pruchased from pet shops) have a high fatality rate, they often dont molt well and die during the process, also they need more care as they are still young. one roughly an inch and a half long should be fine.
