i have peacock mantis and chinese mantis for sale, i got loads of them. they both are large species. peacock females about 12cm and chinese females to about 15cm. the males are a bit smaller. i sell the chinese for £1.50 and peacocks for £3. postage is £3 per order. i accept paypal payments but not the charges, payment has to be adjusted for that, i think its 7%. i also accept cheques and postal orders. if your interested just let me know

they are on their second instar, about 12mm at the moment and they will be adults in 4-6 months

You won't want to put anything in that cage until it is atleast sub adult probably(obviously this depends on the species).

Yeah a sub adult's your best bet unless you want to get nymphs and wait til they're sub adult till you put them in there.

you wont have to worry about waiting for them to grow, i've found that they grow alarmingly fast, they arnt very long lived though, i dont worry about putting them in a container that is too big, as i take mine out of the container to feed it.

also if you want more than one, you ought to try the ghost mantis, they can live together as long as thier provided with enough food and lots of space
