Default 2 new types of cockroach

picked myself up 20 peruvian peppered roaches (achrimandrita tesselata) currently in a medium contico filled with sawdust, misted a little and with some cucumber and lettuce at one end.

also got 4 adult 6 spotted roaches, (eublaberus distanti) which are being kept in a small contico on wet eco earth with some cucumber and lettuce and a couple of pieces of bark to hide under.

both being kept at room temp which will be around 19-24

does anyone else keep these species and could may be give me some better ideas or tips on keeping them? any help would be most appreciated

quicklly tho, why are they on sawdust? youl find they burrow, best substrate iv found is simply coco mulch, just dont put much decor in as they dig alot.
ammoy them and youl see theyr bums clench, the pepper smell comes from them releasing air from their bum...farting basically, lol

the guy i bought them from kept them on sawdust. they have quite a thick lair and have been burrowing already. i cant see it doing any harm though right? its been sprayed too. are they live bearers. how big will they have to be before they breed?

any info on the 6 spotted roches?

intersting, i couldnt imagine them thriving so much on the sawdust.. eitha waym, if it works.
they take a year to mature, produce an ooth that can pop a good 10 each, and they make multiple ooths...
thats what iv found anywho.

no idea with the other roaches tbh
