Default Newark spids

Not impressed with the show but i reserved some to pick up so i'm happy

First up!

10x Theraphosa apophysis spiderlings.




1x Brachypelma verdezi juvenile female (pressie from a friend )




1x Brachypelma klassi sub adult female (no pics yet though!)
2x Brachypelma vagans spiderlings

And this is my gem of the day....

Lycosa sp. (Indian species. WC female, so im hoping for an eggsac!)

They're all sexy apart from the hideous beast at the bottom..

Nice.

So do you try to make money from these spiders Becky? Just wondering, because at last count you had about 90-odd, which I assume is rather low now...are they pets or business ventures? (or both?).

The Theraphosa apophysis are cute. I must have missed them.
Not sure about the lycosa
Did you see the camel spiders - they look like the creature from ALIEN <shudder>

Yep saw them !! Very tempted by one but my house isn't cool enough to keep one.
The apophysis weren't for sale there, they were private but i picked them up

Pets I enjoy having them! Simple as that. Dunno what i'd do with my days atm if i didnt have them lol I don't make any money really, as any i get i spend on more! I don't do it for profit, nor for gain, simply because i enjoy it
There's really no money in spiders, not when you pay the prices i pay!! lol
