Salmon pinks are greedy little feckers, mine does fine with squashed up crickets more than twice its size, try making sure that they are nice and gooey while you find some pinheads.

they seem to be plentiful on line or stimulate the web a little then drop a bit of chopped up normal cricket in or let a box of normal crickets loose in the house and theyll start to breed millions of tiny crickets every where!!

Or try maggots or cricket drumsticks! That what i used with my slings last night. Read it on here, cricket leg each for the 1cm slings and the rest of the medium cricket for priscilla.
