Chances are they are all going to be female. I think males are really rare...or non existant, I cant quite remember. They can reproduce without males however.
You could send any of the stages - eggs would proabbly be easiest, and nymphs/adults could be sent in a similar fashion to any live insect. Plenty of padding, and some form of next day delivery or similar.
