Default Some examples please

Well, soon is my Birthday and ill be getting a bit of cash so i need to spend that cash .... Bah stuff saving

Ok im looking into getting some sort of invert because al i kept so far is some odd spiders and beetles that wondered into my bedroom.

Definatly not tarantula's, asmuch as i would like one the parents say NO!!!!

maybe a mantid, milipede or some other easy and "Cheap" species to keep. By cheap i dont mean free i just mean not going to cost me loads.

I like mantids but i realy want to see some examples for setups, do you keep in plastic containers or what? Pictures is what im looking for

My birthday soon so need some ideas and any other invert enclosers please send and ofc piccies of the animals themselfs. Then ill make my mind up

you quote both "easy" & "cheap"
so go with phasmids ? (stick insects)
loads of variants , hundreds of sp to choose from .
or gals ?
again cheap & easy.

If you want cheap and easy I would go with phasmids or millipedes. They are both VERY easy to keep (depending on species) and VERY cheap; often sometimes free to feed.

Millipedes are fascinating to watch if you're into that kind of thing. I know they're not for everybody. Click the link in my signature to see pictures of the ones I keep and the tank that I keep them in. I have about 40 in one tank together.
