If you've just re-hydrated your coir it will have more moisture than normal. Its probably better to dry it out but it won't harm your T if you let this dry out naturally. Almost everywhere in the world experiences rain, dew and moisture of some degree so a temporary wet substrate is no cause for concern.
Make sure there's enough ventilation to allow the condensation to escape
