If it bit you, you'd have to be doing some really stupid, or hurting it whilst handling it.

They tend to prefer to flick hairs at you if they are angry..a bite is a last resort, and with a rose its not unreasonable to suggest that NO ONE should ever be bitten by one.

If someone is stupid/unlucky enough to be bitten, its effects are not to severe. Most people report its like a bee sting and the most damage is from the actual mechanical damage inflicted by the fangs...unless you are allergic to it, in which case its effects can vary and be more severe.

They are prob the least likely to bite out of all the available T's, but it is also down to the individual T. I have one that is worse than some of my baboon species.

If you did get bitten, I doubt that it would be any worse than a bee sting, the bite itself would prob hurt more.

A paintbrush and a tub. Just nudge it into the tub, and it should go in without any problems. If its for handling, then just do the same, but nudge it onto your hand. Best to do this at ground level so if it falls it wont be hurt.

Or better still stick a cricket tub over the top of it and scoop the lid underneath it. Job done.
