Default should I swap my viv?

I have a viv that I wont be using soon, its 36"x15"x15" and my sister-in-law wants to swap it for an ext-terra cube, I think its a 45cm cube, its definitly no smaller than this
Would this be ok for an adult Lasiodora parahybana? I think its a bit small myself, or should I put a partition in the viv to make one viv 24x15x15 and one 12x15x15 and use the bigger part for the L parahyabana and the smaller part for something else.
Thanks.

Its up to you keeping the large viv and sectioning it in half or thirds gives you more scope and ideas however the Lasidora will have less space this way and would actually be better off with the exo terra a 435cm cubed would be fine for a single specimen.
