Default Brachypelma smithi

Can anyone help me. My Mexican Red Knee has eaten/ scraped away her background of her exo terra viv? For what reason i dont know. Its a hole of 2 cm at the top left corner of the background and the polystyrene bits are at the bottom of her tank.
Does anyone know why she felt she had to make this hole?
It cant be through boredom, she likes her hideds and has a ping pong ball in with her and is fond of her plastic flowers for decoration.

The substrate isnt wet ... just its peculiar..

Has anyone else experienced this kind of behaviour from their T's?

some of mine seem to totally change their tank around every time I look in my L.parahybana in particular moves her leaves, the substrate even the water dish I used to use when she was smaller used to be moved about and all the water spilled, they are strange creatures

Yeah Timmee does the same,
hides moved, plastic flowers uprooted lol, water dish moved over and sometimes tipped, ping pong ball kicked over to the other side of her tank.
Whereas Jimmy the metalic stays up in his web tunnel until night time, comes down for a drink and then goes back up to the web.
Funny creatures.lol

Check there arent crickets hiding in there, they all eat through the background.

no crickets in there. We feed our T's dubia roaches that they love. They grab them straight away and theres no escapees in the tank.

Good suggestion though, thanks xx
