Question alternative staple for T's?

Hey just a quick question:

Is there an alternative staple diet for tarantulas apart from crickets?

I'm just asking out of curiousity really as I don't own a tarantula

At the mo my T's staple diet is crickets.. black or brown. Then for variety i buy a box of locusts. But as i now have more T's i now warrant having a colony of cockroaches (Blaptic dubia) so once these are established, these will be the staple diet of all my T's. Although i'll still buy tiny micro's or L1 crix for my baby baby spiders, coz i don't fancy cutting roaches into bits lol

I use crix or locusts and the odd pinkie or fluff for my larger ones.
