Dont worry Jay...

She lost her back left leg (actually ate it) and that grew back over the course of a shed or two...

She will either loose it, keep it and be fine, or repair it with next shed, either way it wont effect her!

I cant seem to keep chinese mantis alive I had quite a few nymphs die on me I didnt do anything wrong they just didnt make it, I have successfully kept one of the African species not entirely sure which one, but she died a couple of months ago at 14 months old, at the moment I keep malaysian orchid mantis and indian violin mantis

in the fall, you can find their egg masses on certain stems. keep in touch and i'll mail you a bunch.

yer presumed she will, i've seen them lose legs in shed but never seen one this deformed. She was trying to clean it last night. Oh and dan her wings are awsome that pattening is amazing.
