The ones in our reptile room live on escaped crickets, dermestid beetles and the occasional mealworm.

I used to feed house spiders as a kid, this is what got me into them, no.1 on the list the pested house fly, then it goes from moths to silver fish, ive even fed them wasps and every time the spider always comes on top!Someone has mentioned thay fed them woodlouse ive tried and tried feeding them woodlouse when I was younger but they never seemed to take them but I think the top 3 has to be fly, maggots and the caterpillars.
