Default Question about stick insects . . . .

Default Heteropteryx Dilatata

its a jungle nymph (heteropteryx dilata)
im cooking a dozen ova at the moment .
only another 12-18 months til hatching

loads of info on the web

p.s this is a BIG stick insect

Holy christ thats HUGE!!!!!!
Can just see all dragon owners seeing where they can buy them....be like a bloody banquet!

Thanks everyone ( esp salad dodger ). The other half is getting a pair of young nymphs . A question for the salad man . Is this ok for a pair of nymphs . TIA mark. 22G Exo-Terra Flexarium / Vivarium - Used on eBay, Reptiles, Pet Supplies, Home Garden (item 220144229123 end time 03-Sep-07 15:34:44 BST)

they like it humid .
a flexi is probably gonna be too dry unless you have them in a very humid room .
the glass exo terras are ideal , or converted aquariums
lack of humidity will result in poor shedding / death
it is possible to part cover a flexi in cling film or similar , but mine are going in a glass exo when they hatch
