I have one female in an 16inchx12inch plastic pen. Coir is fine as a substrate, i use potting soil(chemical free) from b&q mixed with perlite for humidity, again from b&q. Total cost of both was about £3.50.

Its best to provide some form of heat, helps with food digestion etc. Two of mine are housed directly on top of a viv and have shown no signs of suffering from a lack of a direct heat source. Just make sure the room itself is nice and warm 80c region is fine.
Some will disagree with me, its just down to personal experiance.

An adult em is fine in a 12x6 tank. Heating depends on the room you're keeping them in. If the room is pretty warm then it doesn't really need any external heating. I have a good few breeding pairs in my invert room an none have extra heat.
